In some ways all but the genitourinary system... the nervous system activates it; the vascular system "irrigates" it if you will providing chemical nutrition and removing waste; the skeletal system supports it; the endocrine system regulates a number of things - Calcium, which effects muscular contractility, glucose uptake and utilization, etc; even the integumentary system (skin) sweats and gives off excessive heat generated by the muscles. Come to think of it, even the genitourinary system wouldn't work too well without its own musculature, though its not normally thought of as integral to or intimately connected to the "muscular" system.

The system that interacts directly with the muscular system is the skeletal system. It provided the levers against which the muscles can pull and create movement.
