They are considered low level clouds. Same as Cumulus, funnel, and shelf clouds.
If you're talking about the thinnest layer of the atmosphere, then it is the EXOSPHERE..
The Hydrosphere is inside of the Atmosphere. The Hydrosphere contains earths water. Mostly were clouds are and precipitation happens.

There are a few layers to the atmosphere however the Troposphere is the largest part of the atmosphere containing 75% of its mass. However the Troposphere contains 99% of the water vapour on the planet as well as Earth's aerosols. It is also where all weather phenomenon will occur.
This is where we talk about the way water moves through the world. Water affects everything that happens in life. In Latin, "hydro" means water. Therefore, anything that scientists describe, when it comes to water, is a part of the HYDROsphere. That water may be at the bottom of the ocean or in the top layers of the atmosphere; it is all a part of the hydrosphere.
Upper Part
Krypton is found in trace amounts in the atmosphere
stratocumulus, stratus, and nimbostratus. i think there is one more though..
Xenon is found in the atmosphere in approximately one part out of 20 million
Low clouds are in the stratus group, consisting of stratus, nimbostratus, and stratocumulus. These clouds range up to 6,500-feet. Stratus clouds often resemble fog, and mist sometimes falls from the clouds.
There are Three dirrerent low level clouds Stratocumulus, Stratus, and Cumulus. stratocumulus
Cirrostratus Altostratus Stratocumulus Cumulonimbus Cirrocumulus Altocumulus Nimbostratus Stratocumulus Cumulonimbus
nitrogen and water vapor
The mesophere is part part of the atmosphere it is the cold part of the atmosphere.
Upper Part
Thermosphere
It is a part of stratosphere. It protects us from the UV rays of the sun.
