A particle smaller than atom is a subatomic particle, protons , neutrons, and , electrons, the smallest one is an electron, smaller than that are point particles and elementary particles, one elementary particle and point particle is a quark, up quarks down quarks the smallest single thing found so far is a GLUON, which is the force which binds/holds quarks together. Where the devil lives in anti matter there are also atoms and subatomic particles and point particles but just anti, anti- GLUON, anti-QUARK, anti-ATOM, anti-SUBATOMIC PARTICLE. There is something called the string theory, and super string theory that theorizes about bosonic/boson strings but it can not be provine yet, and I think a gluon is still alot smaller than a bosonic/boson string if they are true.

What is the smallest unit of element that can exist alone or in combination with other elements?

The smallest unit of life that can exist as a separate entity is a cell.

What is particle collision?

Particle collision usually refers to two subatomic particles slamming into each other at high speeds causing them to break into smaller particles. These speeds are created by particle accelerators.

Explain why no organism can exist alone?

because they need to feed on other organisms

Are there smaller building blocks than quarks?

A hypothetical particle was suggested namely RISHON but it is not. Confirmed by other reseachers.

Is there smallest particle than electrons?

The electron has not other components, it is a fundamental particles. But neutrinos are smaller than the electron.

What is the evidence for quarks?

Every particle that should exist if quarks are real has been found. No particle that should not exist if quarks are real has ever been found. The results of in-elastic scattering between hadrons fits perfectly with quark. The hypothesis of charm quarks predicted experimental results that were almost perfectly replicated with the discovery of the psi-particle. In other words, the quark hypothesis matches observation perfectly. That's about as strong of evidence as can exist.

How are contractile vacuoles different from other types of vacuols?

Contractile vacuoles are formed when a food particle is engulfed. Their size depends on the size of food particle. They are not predefined. Other vacoules are predefined and exist whether the food particles are present in them or not.

Where does an electron get its negative charge?

The electron is a subatomic particle and has no known components or substructure (in other words it is not made up of other smaller things). Therefore, the electron is generally believed to be an elementary particle and thus an electron IS a negative charge.

What is the definition of a subatomic particle?

sub-atoms are protons neutrons and electronYesterday at night 7.00 pm I founded the sub-atomic law which clearly reveals the laws of sub-atomsSo i think you can add my sub-atomic law and make it as one theory called sub-atomic theory
