You would end up with a constantly runny nose, and probably get sick more often. The cilia help to sweep out debris, bacteria, and other bad things that are inhaled into the nose. They also have some functions in smell, so you might not smell things as well.

I'm sure you know all the machines they use there. so to do almost anything you would have great difficulty in succeeding.4. if machines stopped working (this is good point) wars would stop for a large period of time as guns are a machine technically.so you'd better hope the machines don't stop working
