You will have about half the amount of what a normal person would produce, but besides all that, losing a testicle will cause you to be in a great pain. I know someone who has lot one of his testicles. He is 15 and was climbing on a roof of some public toilets, messing about in front of his friends when the glass gave way and he fell through. He was cut by the glass and in hospital had to have one removed. It was very painful at first but he is ok and hopefully still able to father his own children. Its a good job we have two of them.
