F= p/t eg.. force is equal to momentum divided by time.. so force is inversely proportional to time (technical way of saying that the bigger time is, the smaller the force is). its just like saying, whats bigger 1/2 or 1/4 (2 and 4 being time)

have you ever seen those Japanese guys that can send people flying with a punch that looks fully pussy? part of it is making the time their fist is in contact with the other person, really small.. - that's kind've an application of that formula above.
