I've included two links on oil exploration. The geologist and geophysicist use their skills to identify underground structures which appear to have good potential for oil production.
So, the geologist studies how oil is formed underground. It is a bit like making a cake. You need a container to put your ingredients into. This is the structure or trap. You need ingredients, which are organic material, comprised of dead marine plants and animals. Next you need to cook your ingredients for enough time, and in the case of oil, for at least 10 million of years. Some oil fields were initially deposited 300 million years ago.
So, finding areas where there is likely to have been an abundance of marine life millions of years ago, and then something happened to trap these organics and convert them to hydrocarbons, is how oil is found.
The geophysicist will examine seismic maps, and identify structures sufficiently large, that could contain large amounts of oil.
Please see the related links. The second link gives an example of a seismic section. Computer processing of the seismic waves (reflected sound waves) has greatly improved hydrocarbon exploration.
they can, but they are mostly found underground
mostly the flu:)
Pecten fossils are mostly found on the east coast of the United States.
The main component of cell membranes are made up of phospholipids. In fact, another name for the cell membrane is the phospholipid bilayer.

Oil is found primarily in countries in the Middle East such as Saudi Arabia, Iraq, Iran, and Kuwait. Other significant oil-producing countries include the United States, Russia, Canada, and Venezuela.
Oil in Alberta is mostly in the north alongside the tarsands and gas fields.
No, it is not. Iran does not hold most of the world's oil, but Iran is certainly a large oil producer.
cocnut oil and animal product
Mostly carbon and hydrogen in long chains. Can also have some oxygen.
You may mean CANOLA oil - it's a cooking oil made from crops grown mostly in Canada. -The name "canola" was derived from "Canadian oil, low acid". It can be found in many grocery stores right alongside corn oil and olive oil.
Mostly in the ground. Oil is none renewable, once consumed it is gone forever.
Ecuador exports bananas and oil, and its population is mostly Mestizo.
Canada has 179 billion barrels of oil in reserve. The US has only 26.5 billion barrels of oil in reserve.
mostly found in Egypt
Ginger is mostly found in China.
