You can use a test cross: a cross between an organism whose genotype for a certain trait is unknown and an organism that is homozygous recessive for that trait so the unknown genotype can be determined from that of the offspring.

Often this person assumes an authoritarian attitude, holds very high standards for others that they do not hold for themselves. Treats the visions of others as being unimportant and will actively attempt to denigrate others and even enslave others. Often seen in the corporate environment. This person will refuse to reward others for their labors or will pay them unfairly in a corporate environment. Outwardly contemptuous of other people, may display invasive stalking behaviors but will agressively maintain their own privacy. Will require that others conform to their beliefs in return for a pseudo-friendship. Such a relationship is usually unsatisfying however. Often these people are shocked (even though they treated the person like dirt) that the person cuts off all contact with them and will attempt to malign the person for the 'slight'.

You must show us the pedigree for us to answer your question. A carrier is the individual that has a recessive gene. We can't, however, tell you which one it is unless you post the pedigree. That's similar to asking which individual is my grandpa without showing you my family tree.
