You cannot directly associate length and volume, as volume is the product of 3 lengths. However, the chances are if you multiplied 3 figures that were in millimetres, it would be smaller than litres. If you meant millilitres, then litre would be bigger.

"Kilogram" is a unit of mass.

"Milliliter" is a unit of volume or capacity.

"Millimeter" is a unit of length or distance.

They're used to measure three completely different types of quantities. Their

physical dimensions are all different, and none of them can be compared to,

or converted to or from, either of the other two.

The question is a lot like asking: "Which one is the biggest -- a mile, a day, or a pound ?"

A kilogram is bigger then a milligram, both are masses. A meter is a length and a liter is a volume, so you can't compare them.

There are 1000 millimetres in a metre. Milliliters are a measure of volume, not length, so comparisons are futile.
