However, there really isn't a correct answer to your question, explaining the weather is part of the field of atmospheric sciences (which includes meteorology and climatology) and involves extremely complicated math, physics (a lot of fluid dynamics), and computer modeling. However, the physics would, in part, be derived from newton's three laws of motion.
