Meyer, Julius Lothar
1830-95, German chemist. He taught at Breslau, Karlsruhe, and Tübingen (from 1876) and is known especially for his work in the development of the periodic law, for which, with Mendeleev, he received the Davy medal in 1882. He evolved the atomic volume curve (1869), which represented graphically the relation between the atomic weights and the atomic volumes of the elements.

The Russian chemist Dmitri Mendeleev's periodic tables are dated 1869 and 1871. Where as the German, Julius Lothar Meyer brought out an alternative periodic table in 1870. Both tables are very similar, but were definitely independent works.
Three circular discs are rigidly fixed to a common axis followed by four fixed discs above, below and between the oscillating discs all at equal distances and close together. Then the surrounding gas can then be calculated from the logarithmic decrement of amplitude.

The Wright Brothers were inspired by a toy Penaud helicopter that the got as children. Orville and Wilbur open a bicycle shop in Dayton, Ohio in 1892. The Wilbur Brothers wrote to the U.S. Weather Bureau in 1899 asking where would be a good place to do flying experiments. The first successful test was in 1903 at Kitty Hawk, North Carolina. The first airplane fatality was Lt. Thomas Selfridge who was a passenger in Orville's new plane being tested at Fort Meyer in 1908. Orville and Wilbur received the Congressional Medal of Honor in 1909.
Julius Lothar Meyer died on 1895-04-11.
yes. he invented the "Lothar Meyer Honorary Oreganization"
Julius Lothar Meyer was married to Johanna Volkmann. She was a teacher and musician who strongly supported Meyer's scientific work.

Lothar Meyer has written: 'Die atomgewichte der elemente aus den originalzahlen neu berechnet' -- subject(s): Atomic weights
Lothar Meyer's periodic table did not account for all known elements and did not correctly predict the properties of undiscovered elements. Additionally, it did not account for the concept of atomic number, which led to inconsistencies in the ordering of elements. Meyer's table also lacked a clear underlying periodic trend.
Lothar meyer
Nope. He was the first identifier of periodicity.
He helped create the periodic table but Mendeleev beat him to it.
