Generally speaking, as a safe answer, it is because of the scientific method. This method requires you to construct a hypothesis, test this hypothesis by experiment and data to reach a conclusion that can be tested (to the same results) by others.
For example: this method can prove that gravity is constant field without reliance on mass - but it cannot be explained how this field reacts to other fields (unified field theory).
This method also requires that there is an answer. Some questions such as what is the best beer, prettiest woman, true love, true religion etc. are more opinion than fact with no "right" answer.
Science answers testable questions, some questions are not testable.
Science can only answer science questions but it can not answer most others. The answers to those have to come from other sorts of experts.

We do not know for certain what questions cannot ever be answered by science; we can certainly say which questions have not yet been answered by science, but we do not know what new information may be obtained by scientific research in the future. However, some types of problems do seem to be more amenable to scientific enquiry than others. Science has a particular method, based on observation and logical analysis. This is an excellent method for many types of problems, but perhaps not for all types of problems. Some things may depend more on feelings than on logical analysis.
Some questions that science can't answer include questions about subjective experiences (e.g., the nature of consciousness), questions about morality and ethics (e.g., what is right or wrong), questions about purpose and meaning in life, and questions about the existence of God or supernatural phenomena. These are philosophical or metaphysical questions that fall outside the scope of scientific inquiry.
Science is concerned with objective reality, therefore it does not answer subjective questions, vaguely worded questions, or meaningless questions.
it depends on the question because some questions are unknown or don't have any scientific proof to answer your question

Science questions are science questions.
Because some of life's questions are too deep and complicated for science to answer.
Yes. I have personally answered 33,672 questions and there are others on here who have answered more. Some questions don't deserve an answer. Others are rude or not complete questions.
people are crazy
I don't know you tell me
Some questions are not real questions, others don't have an answer.
in my science book they are a bunch of questions at the end of a section. i had to do some for homework. they are really easy no matter what! :)

Questions are answered. Some take longer than others.
