Really cool names have been given to really bright objects in the night sky. The rest of them are observed, given a unique identifier, and cataloged with something like the "New General Catalog" with the Royal Astronomical Society. When you knock off 7,000+ objects in a few years, you simply won't presume to guess that you have issued a unique name.
constellation
a blackhole called this as there is nothing in it it just looks like a hole in space, no stars, no planet nothing.
Ursa Major is formed anywhere from 7 to 20 stars and is bordered by constellations of Draco (Dragon 14 stars), Camelopardalis (Giraffe 36) stars...etc

microlensing
Mainly hydrogen and helium. Stars also have small amounts of the so-called "metals", which is the name astronomers give to heavier elements.
astronomers!!!!! There are many different fields withing research into space all with specific names and job roles. Some include: Cosmologists Astronomers Plantologists "Space Scientist" Various engineering roles connected with space missions just to name a few :/
Constellations are simply pattern of stars that with a little imagination, resemble objects, people or animals. You don't need anything to identify them other then your eyes and a little imagination.

Alnitak's name comes from the Arabic phrase al-Nithāq, which means "the girdle" as it is part of the three stars that form Orion's Belt. It is also sometimes referred to as Zeta Orionis in the Bayer designation system.
When astronomers named the brighter stars they often used a Greek letter like alpha or kappa or upsilon. But they also added a constellation name. e.g. Upsilon Orionis, Upsilon Centauri. To answer your question, we need to know in which constellation this star is.
A pattern of stars in the sky is called a constellation. Constellations are groups of stars that appear to form a recognizable shape or figure when viewed from Earth. Astronomers use constellations to help navigate and identify objects in the night sky.
