Why do people have to go to the bathroom?

I have been feeling the same way. I did some research, and studies show that it has to relate to IBS - Irritable bowel syndrome. Now i may not be a doctor, but if you read the info that a website provides. It shows that people who get nervous and tend to use the restroom, are known to have IBS. People say that the reason you go, its because you have a lot of acid in your stomach. Therefore, you use the restroom a lot.

- I also read that 'Align' is pretty good to help solve that issue. If that doesn't work go see your doctor and talk to him about your issue.
