The wind you are referring to is the localised breeze felt on and near the shoreline. During the day, when the sun shines, the land warms up more quickly than the sea, so the air over the land warms, expands and becomes less dense so it rises. Cooler air from over the sea moves in to replace it, and we feel a cooling sea breeze. As night falls, the land and the air over it cool more rapidly than the sea and its air, so pretty soon the situation is reversed and air flows out from the land. This is the land breeze.
Perpendicular to the direction the wave travels.
To change the acceleration of a car: speed up, slow down or turn. Acceleration is any change in velocity. Velocity is "how fast" and in "what direction". To speed up is to accelerate (increase the velocity). To slow down is to deaccelerate (decrease the velocity) To turn is also a form of acceleration (changes the direction of the velocity).
speed up.slow down.change shape.change direction.
speed it up slow it down and change direction. Forces can: - Cause and acceleration o Speeding up o Slowing down o Change direction - Do nothing - Cause work (w = Fd) - Ie. Change shape
Things fall in the direction that we call "down". BTW, "down" may point in different "absolute" directions.
Yes, the velocity of an object can reverse direction even when its acceleration is constant. This can happen when the object is subjected to an acceleration in the opposite direction to its initial velocity, causing it to slow down and eventually reverse direction.

A rectifier diode normally allows current to pass in one direction (the forward direction), and almost no current in the opposite direction (the "reverse" direction). The diode is designed to work up to a certain voltage; if more than a certain voltage is applied in the reverse direction, it will "break down", and suddenly a large current will flow. This can irreparably damage the rectifier diode, unless it is of a type specifically designed to operate in the breakdown region - i.e., a Zener diode.
Acceleration is negative if the object is slowing down or moving in the opposite direction of the velocity vector.
Can't you take direction Private!? Get down on your puny hands and give me 25!Which direction is the beach? What direction do we need to head in to find the coffeeshop?Their build up play lacked direction, and it all seemed very lacklustre.
Turning the window crank in a counter clockwise direction, the window will go down, reverse direction to raise it. If you are speaking of the rear window the switch is on the a/c control panel. Down makes the window go down and up is up
If you are at the the gates of an airport and you ready for pushback, press "Ctrl+P" to start the pushback and quickly select "1" or "2" to select the direction of the pushback. if you mean Reverse as in Reverse thrust once the aircraft has touched down, press and hold "F2" to activate reverse thrust.
When a spinning top is about to stop, the friction between the top and the surface causes it to slow down. This friction can create forces that make the top wobble, leading it to reverse its direction of spin momentarily before coming to a complete stop.
As the waves move over the sand, they stir it up and some of it becomes entrained in the water. As the waves retreat, they take some sand with them. The water mixes out away from the beach with other water and then when it flows back up onto the beach, it doesn't land in quite the same place that it did the first time. On average, the water is moving in one direction parallel to the beach, so the entrained sand gradually moves in that direction too - thus sand bars migrate down rivers and ocean beach sand moves up the coast (or down depending on the prevailing currents).
When an object is thrown upwards, the acceleration due to gravity pulls it downwards, opposite in direction to its initial velocity. This causes the object to eventually come to a stop and reverse its direction as it falls back down.
If the current direction in the wire changes from going up to going down, the direction of the magnetic field around the wire will reverse. This is governed by the right-hand rule, where the direction of the magnetic field is perpendicular to the direction of current flow. Overall, the magnitude of the magnetic field would remain the same, but its direction would be opposite.
this isn't a question try asking a real question and i might answer it
