he wasnt intrested in the money end of it ....he was trying to make this world better for all mand kind ....many of his pattents sat on shelves ....when marconnie got the credit for 2 way raido he let it go ...it wasnt till the 60's when tesla was credited for 2 way wireless comnuication ....many of his other ideas where thought of while he worked for Westinghouse and since they paid for the ideas and the pattents they where there (sort of) then after Tesla came up with a plan to transmit power wirelessly Westionhouse was there till they found out there was no way to CHARGE for it ...they fired Tesla and labled him Nuts and scraped all his work
Tesla is now credited with inventing modern radio . Tesla's invented system of dynamos, transformers and motors. Also he invented remote control in 1896. He invented X rays. Other inventor had discovered x rays by accident about the time Tesla did but Tesla calcuted his thoughts into xrays and his was a better method thus making it the basics of modern xrays. The Tesla coil is the basics of radios and televisions. Today the energy we receive in our homes, is the alternate current Nikola Tesla invented.
Nikola Tesla was a genius and the best inventor of the time but he had no mind as a seller. In 1893 he came out with a remote controled boat. He tried to sell it to the navy as a weapon againts ships and thus blowing them with explosives. The navy said no. He didn't think that this remote controled boats would make a best selling toy. But everybody liked Tesla's inventions. The electric starters for cars made it easy for us since cars back them had to be crancked manualy. The alternate current motor is the basis of all the electricity used today in homes. The coil is the basiss of any wireless communication system. The list is long but the people liked Tesla's inventions.
Tesla invented quite a number of electrical devices, and others were often credited for his inventions. This is one reason why Tesla refused to accept a Nobel prize proposed for award jointly to him and Thomas Edison... Edison had exploited him so much that Tesla refused to see Edison get credit for his work. Tesla was a scientist and inventor, not a businessman by nature. Thus he accumulated tremendous debts from business losses, and died a relative pauper. It was only an annual $7200 grant from the government of his native Yugoslavia that kept him from being destitute during his final years when he lived in the United States. Meanwhile, others profited enormously from the inventions he actually produced. Guglielmo Marconi stole Tesla's drawings from the US Patent Office, and it was only after an extended lawsuit that Marconi was exposed as a fraud, and Tesla was credited with his own invention. In 1888 Tesla designed the first practical system of generating and transmitting alternating current for electric power. The American rights to this epoch-making invention were bought by the American inventor George Westinghouse, who demonstrated (1893) the system for the first time at the World's Columbian Exposition in Chicago. Two years later Tesla's alternating-current motors were installed at the Niagara Falls power project.
Yes- Nicola Tesla
There is no documentry of Tesla's IQ.
"The Fantastic Inventions of Nikola Tesla" is not a specific work or creation by Tesla himself. Tesla was known for numerous inventions and innovations throughout his lifetime, including alternating current (AC) electricity, the Tesla coil, and wireless power transmission.
Math plays an important part in all Tesla's inventions but his inventions fall into the electricity inventions category.
The ISBN of The Fantastic Inventions of Nikola Tesla is 0-932813-19-4.
Nikola Tesla did receive credit for his inventions during his lifetime, but he faced challenges in commercializing and monetizing them. He was known for his contributions to the development of alternating current (AC) electricity systems, radio technology, and wireless communication. Tesla's work has been recognized posthumously, and he is now considered one of the most influential inventors in history.
Nikola Tesla.
In the related links box below I posted an article on Tesla's inventions. The article has a picture of Tesla with a wireless lightbulb working on a surrounding electrical field.
All his inventions were electricity related.
Nikola Tesla was a very modest man. Unlike his rival Thomas Edison, Tesla was very quiet about his inventions and kept to himself. Edison publicized his inventions, which is one reason why he is more famous than Tesla. Tesla had many phobias and quirks, like he was disgusted with jewelry and was obsessed with the number three. Another way that he was modest was that he was celibate. Even though many women dearly loved him, Tesla thought that by being celibate he would be a better scientist. He was a very quiet person and was never arrogant about his inventions. Not only knowledgeable in science, but also enjoyed things like philosophy and poetry. Edison received more credit than Tesla simply because Tesla never bragged about his inventions and was incredibly modest.
Because Marconi is infinatly more recognized, even though Tesla was the true inventor of radio.
Most of his inventions were landed in New York but some of his inventions were landed at Colorado and Europe.
The world can't accept that Tesla should be recognized more in the world of science than he has because the world doth think he has done enough to be accepted.
Tesla was a think the invention and builds it and running smoothing in the first try genius.
