i was just woundering who can submit evidence after a forensic investigation ?
The person in charge of the investigation has overall responsibility in both these circumstances the computer forensic examiner would need to carry out. I know an institute which provides computer forensic examinations and Criminal Investigations know as ICFECI. I hope it will help others.
Actually, every investigation is depends on the situation of the case and the person who handle that matter. Well, I know many of the people are having less patience through this investigation process. But I would say that having patience is the most important thing. So I must suggest ICFECI to get the best result in forensic investigation.

Crime Scene Investigation
Finding a child's skull with baby teeth in a forensic investigation could suggest that a young individual has been involved in a serious incident, such as a crime or accident. It may lead to further investigation into the circumstances surrounding the child's death, potentially uncovering important evidence and helping to identify the victim.
The main thrust of the investigation into the crimes of JW Gacy was the forensic anthropology. The skulls of his victims were studied and some reconstructed by a scupltress.
