Let me start first of all by saying that hypothesis are guesses that scientists make,so they need to be tested because they are just mere guesses from one of the scientific processes of observation.so guesses need to be confirmed by testing to see how true it is,therefore since hypothesis are guesses scientists make,then it needs to be tested
