My family doesn't use solar power but I would reccomend it because it's cheaper and freindlier to the enviroment.
Places like Florida where it is sunny almost every day would generate a lot of Solar power

Sun burn will increase the risk of getting skin cancer. But there's no direct link between solar power and cancer. There MIGHT be indirect links, like IF installing solar power panels would expose you to substances known to cause cancer. But the reason for the cancer then would be the dangerous substance, not the solar power.
Solar power is more environment friendly than coal power. Solar power is, however, more expensive than coal power.
Solar power is no more dangerous than any other large power station would be. Care should be taken for storage batteries as they could be a source of problems in terms of explosions, leakage and fire hazards.
Solar power panels are expensive but definitely worth looking into to save money on power bills. I would recommend trying this website: www.apollosystems.com.
The solar power can power your house. Solar power energy can be used to power many things, it just depends on how many solar panels you have. Tioga Energy specializes in solar power. They install and facilitate the solar panels but the customer agrees to buy power from the power generated from the solar panels.www.tiogaenergy.com
Solar is Sun so without the Sun there is no solar.
you would not have to

The Sony PlayStation 3 is not powered by Solar Power. If someone has connected it to a solar power source that is capable of allowing the PS3 to function they did not invent a solar power PS3 and just connected the PS3 to a solar power source with the capability of providing enough power to the PS3 for it to function. It is likely that the solar power would be stored in batteries which would then be used to provide the power.
it would be a solar power staion

It will take years for everybody to have solar power, because of the cost of the solar panels and such, but I would say that it would take at the most probably 50 years.
Solar generators, currently, do not produce large amounts of power without a great number of photo panels and a large on-site battery. I would recommend, for simplicity, you look at diesel or propane based power generators.

A great source of information on installing solar power in your home is livinggreener.gov.au. They do not actually sell the solar power systems so they are a non biased place to find out as much as possible about solar power before you start searching for an actual retailer.
