As of my last update, Ilocos Norte has several municipalities, each with its own mayor. Notable mayors include Matthew Marcos Manotoc in Laoag City and Ria Fariñas in San Nicolas. For the most current and comprehensive list of mayors across all municipalities in Ilocos Norte, it is advisable to check official local government websites or recent news sources, as local elections can change officeholders frequently.
