She was eventually caught out and Elizabeth after doodling signed her death warrant and she was beheaded on the 8th February 1587 after nineteen years imprisonment Mary Queen of Scots was beheaded at Fortheringhay Castle. But she had a healthy son from her second marriage when Elizabeth died on the 24th March 1603 sixteen years later and Mary Queen of Scots son became King James I of England and King James VI of Scotland. So he took the crown of England had he not we would still be separated and probably have individual monarchies.
