Oh, dude, a semi-mountainous area is like kinda hilly but not quite full-on mountain status. It's like the middle child of the terrain world - not flat, not mountainous, just kinda chillin' in between. So, yeah, it's like sorta mountain-ish but not totally committing to the peak life, you know?
