'Thire' is not a word.

However, 'there' and 'their' are often confused. The difference is, there refers to a place or location. Their refers to belonging to or pertaining to more than one person.

Examples:

I know I put my glasses there, right on the corner of the table.

The teachers said the students should put their papers on the corner of the table.

There, in the middle of the cafeteria, the two students professed their disgust for green beans, especially green beans with bacon bits on top.
