Hard to believe because Milton county joined Fulton during the great depression because it was bankrupt now to look back from then to now it makes you wonder if Milton county still existed the city of Atlanta would be in real trouble. As these three cities dumped allot of tax dollars to states capital which was one of the main reasons Sandy Springs incorporated. Tired of seeing there tax dollars go to Atlanta while the citizens in Sandy Springs saw hardly no improvements to there city, now that has changed and you can see it just ask any one who lives in Sandy Springs.
