Carrying capacity
Cannot support its population or promote any more growth ;) apex📕
If a population of organisms cannot meet their needs due to an environmental condition change, they may experience a decline in population size, struggle to find food or resources leading to malnutrition or starvation, increased competition among individuals, reduced reproductive success, and ultimately face a higher risk of extinction.
It's like any other supply and demand scenario. An increase in population means a greater demand for housing. If the new home construction industry cannot keep up with the demand, housing costs go up.
The term used to describe this scenario is "overpopulation." Overpopulation occurs when the number of people in an area exceeds the resources and environment available to support them, leading to negative consequences such as food and water shortages, environmental degradation, and overall reduced quality of life.
Economics! Poor farmers cannot afford the crops to sufficiently feed a population and trade networks are far from perfect between the Caribbean and the rest of the world. Slavery in the Caribbean is a serious problem and blocks industrial development which, although bad for Mother Earth, can be replaced by green technology to benefit the farmers in the Caribbean. At present this is simply not possible due to inadequate funding.
No, a population cannot grow exponentially forever because resources are limited in the environment. Eventually, the population will reach a carrying capacity where resources can no longer support further growth, causing the population to stabilize or decline.
The government is very wealthy and powerful but even so, it cannot solve everybody's problems, because it has limited resources.

The rich experience scarcity because resources are limited in quantity. For example, one cannot employ 200B people because the population is not enough.
Cities cannot outgrow their food and water supplies. Very large cities spend a lot of time and energy importing food and water, and handing the waste, of the population. At some point, the effort of importing food gets to be so great that the population will choose to move away to someplace nicer.
The inexcusable conclusion reached this morning is that the project deadline cannot be met due to lack of resources and time constraints.
Obviously all the needs cannot be satisfied. Rationing would be one solution.
Two examples of physical environment factors causing population stabilization are limited access to resources, such as food and water, leading to decreased fertility rates, and natural disasters that reduce population growth by causing widespread destruction and loss of life.
Scarcity exists when people cannot obtain all the goods and services they desire due to limited resources. This concept is fundamental in economics, as it leads individuals and societies to make choices about how to allocate their resources efficiently.
Well that depends on how long of a time frame. With the population now, the US cannot handle this many people for a long amount of time, as any country in the world cannot. Resources will start to run out.
Organisms start to compete for resources.
