The opposite end of the Earth from Spokane, also known as its antipode, is a point in the southern Indian Ocean. Technically, PA does not border the Atlantic Ocean. This does not mean that you couldn't put your boat in the water and end up in the Atlantic though. South Eastern PA borders the Delaware River, which empties into the Delaware Bay which ultimately empties into the Atlantic Ocean.
