Kids do not die from second hand smoke. So the answer to your question is 0(zero). No one has found that one kid who ran into some second hand smoke and died 24yrs later. There is some science that shows links of second hand exposure over many years can result in early death (ya know like 60-90yrs old), but there are also some case studies who deny finding any significant link.
