You are likely describing a "Subconjunctival hemorrhage"

Everything I read, and all of the materials my doctor gave me said it is basically like a bruise... There is nothing you can do to fix it (or prevent it), just wait 10 to 14 days and it should go away on its own.
Of course consulting with your own doctor is recommended with all medical matters, but for me - I will be wearing sunglasses for a few days!
black center part of the eye
The pupil is the opening in the center of the iris (the colored part of the eye) that allows light to enter the eye. By dilating or constricting, the pupil controls the amount of light reaching the retina at the back of the eye.
An artificial eye, also known as a glass eye or ocular prosthesis, is a custom-made acrylic implant that is designed to replace a missing or damaged natural eye. It is typically fitted and shaped to match the appearance and movement of the remaining natural eye.
There is one pupil in each eye. The pupil is the opening in the center of the iris that allows light to enter the eye. Its size can change depending on the lighting conditions to regulate the amount of light entering the eye.
The human eye is fully developed by age 7.
There is no capillary body in eye , but a cilliary body is present in eye .
Common causes of a burst blood vessel in the eye include straining, coughing, sneezing, rubbing the eyes, high blood pressure, and certain medical conditions like diabetes or blood clotting disorders.
The capillary might burst (bruising) or, if it is the kidneys, the subject might pee blood.
i hate to burst your bubble but you cann't have a third eye
in rare cases it could yes. it usually causes little burst blood vessels in the skin from the straining though.
The pressure in the tissue surrounding the capillary, called interstitial fluid pressure, causes fluids to enter the venous side of the capillary due to the pressure gradient. This pressure helps to balance the forces of filtration and reabsorption in the capillary beds.
A burst blood vessel in the eye, also known as a subconjunctival hemorrhage, can be caused by injury, straining, rubbing the eye too hard, or even sneezing or coughing forcefully. It can also occur due to high blood pressure, diabetes, or blood-thinning medications. In most cases, it is not a serious condition and will resolve on its own.
