No, not quite. The robots I work with though have color sensors, and sonar sensor. Lets say you program it to turn when it sees the black line. The color sensors will let the brick (the controll center of the robot) that it reads a black line, and it will then reply, by stopping one motor, and accelarating the other, thus, making the robot turn. The Sonar sensor is much the same. You program it to turn.... Lets say right, when it comes within 2 feet of something. You program it to go 2 feet, and then check its sensor. So it goes 2 feet, stops, reads sonar, goes 2 feet, stops, reads sonar, and on and on. Then, when it comes within 5 feet of something, The Brick says "Your done. Turn off." and the brick will turn its attention to making the turn. To turn, the right wheel locks, while the left wheel accelerates, thus, making it turn!
