Simple sentence
A sentence contains a subject and a predicate. It expresses a complete thought.
"I quit" is a complete sentence because it has a subject "I" and a predicate "quit" which expresses a complete thought.

The main parts of an independent clause are the subject (who or what the sentence is about) and the predicate (what the subject is doing or what is happening to the subject). An independent clause can stand alone as a complete sentence because it expresses a complete thought.

2 + 2 = 4 for example, is a complete sentence. "2 + 2" is the subject. "= 4" is the predicate.
they do not have either a subject or a predicate like sentence but they expresses
sentence which contain minimum number of words with giving complete sense. Simple predicate is shortest way of describing the subject. Eg:[ simple sentence I love you predicate is love you.
The complete subject is the noun or pronoun that the sentence is about. The complete predicate is the verb and any words that modify or complete the verb's action. Together, the complete subject and complete predicate make up a complete sentence.

That looks like a complete sentence to me.
