Sometimes. Mail is delivered so I say why not?
Yes they do - I've had packages delivered by UPS on a Saturday - on more than one occasion.
That depends on if the mail is delivered to your location on Saturday.

Well it really depends on what you mean. If you are referring to packages that get delivered to you place, it is probably best the you are there when they are supposed to be delivered.
USPS delivers mail six days a week, Monday through Saturday, excluding major holidays. In February 2013, they announced they would discontinue Saturday delivery starting in August 2013 to save more than $2 billion a year. Packages will still be delivered on Saturdays.
Mr. McFeely
Probably one or two days. Mail is delivered on Saturdays in the US.
