To create more employment we have to:-

1) suggests the govt to provide better education facilities, so that all could have the proper qualification for any job.

2) also suggests govt to provide more jobs for the growing population in the urban areas.

3) Implement act like NREGA in urban areas, where women were also employed and every workers were given 100 days assured wage employment.

4) In providing better education facilities, govt. must employ a large section of people in education department (as teacher).

5) Population should be taken care, so that there couldn't be excessive population.

6) Also provide enough jobs in rural areas, so that there should be any difference between number of jobs in rural and urban areas, then the extra unemployed people would rush to the rural areas.
