Common parting wall For some one can literally walk around the house or it can be sealed up like a semi detached home at the side parting wall. In that sense bungalow link is much superior than a semi detached and there is no comparison. It would be a big mistake to associate a semi detached with link bungalow. They are worlds apart. Price wise it is worth more in the long term than semi detached. What is the difference with bungalow? Bungalow is a pure detached home on a piece of land and usually vary in size and dimension. My choice is still bungalow link with corner land. This is an excellent choice. of course the better option. some investors still find bungalow link to be more org
