The manger traditionally associated with the birth of Jesus in Bethlehem is not a physical structure that remains today. Instead, the site is commemorated by the Church of the Nativity, which is located in Bethlehem and is a popular pilgrimage destination. While the original manger may not exist, the church marks the historical significance of the location where the event is believed to have occurred.

I take it you mean the Church of the Holy Sepulcher ,a marvellous experience. It is in Jerusalem. It was one of the proudest moments of my life to visit this Church on pilgrimage and to be offered the use of an altar.

Many people go in the walk for the pilgrimage to Santiago de Compostela in Spain. Vatican City is a place of pilgrimage as it is where the head of the Catholic Church lives.
