The Declaration of Independance grants Americans their inalienable rights. Those are the rights to life, liberty, and the persuit of happiness. However, many scholars fail to realize that the Declaration also grants Americans the right to over throw their government should the government become destructive to our inalienable rights.

Government have an extremely long history of abusing it's people because they have no limits. So in order to ensure this doesn't happen limits are placed on a government
The first questions is not how to finance the government but should there even be a government? Before you snap to a decision make sure to consider what would happen with and without a government.
1. Government should be more accountable to its citizens. 2. Government should curb the powers and influence of wealthy interests. 3. Government should be given expanded powers so that it could become more active in proving the lives of its citizens. 4. Governments should become more efficient and less corrupt so that they could competently handle a expanded role.
