Anywhere from 10:30am to 4pm Mon-Sat They start delivering to the several PO Boxes and to those who had the special overnight or 1-2 day stamp before noon. Then they get a hour off to sort through, change shifts if they had to and then pick back up with normal mail. Do know that if you ordered a package and paid the extra money to have it shipped to you and it arrived after 12 noon, you can take it to the closest USPS office and request a refund of the total difference.

UPS drivers deliver up to 7:00pm. If the driver is running behind it could be later than 7:00pm because the driver has to work until all the packages on his truck have been delivered.

They don't. They take your package to a UPS store and then say you weren't home. So you need to go to a UPS store to get your package. I called Costco and said my order was never delivered. Costco cancelled that order and then place another order. On the third try, the big brown turd finally delivered the package at my door.
