If any fast food restaurants accept EBT cards it is very against the rules and I am sure the EBT office would want to know that EBT handouts funded by the taxpayers are being used to eat out at restaurants, which is an entertainment expense rather than a grocery expense. I'm on EBT and even I don't think it would be right and I would be the first to report such a restaurant.
