Why do people in Japan live longer than people in Afghanistan?

The US has stopped killing people in Japan, but it is killing people every week in Afghanistan. In Japan they have relaxing bits of wisdom or something while in Afghanistan people are poor and attempt to grow poppy for a living.

There are not 10 reasons. Longevity is genetic. They bred it into themselves in imperial days when being old was virtually worshipped. Back in those days the old men had young wives who they fathered children on, thus through the miracle of Darwinism longer lifespans.

Most people cannot handle the truth that they cannot simply eat what the Japanese eat and live as long as they do. It takes generations of sacrifice to extend life spans.

Oh, and currently Scandanavians are the longest lived race, with an average age of death of 88 years. Scandinavians and Japanese have very few things in common, but one of the few is, in their history there was a time when the men fathering children on the girls were the old retired men.

The diet of the Japanese contains a lot of fish, very little red meat, and a lot of fruits and vegetables. These things have been proven to contribute to longevity.
