it doesnt
It doesnt really mean anything, it's a brand concept by Abercrombie & Fitch. Hollister is a town in California, but has really nothing to do with the brand itself. Hollister sells clothes that represent the laid back lifestyle of Southern California, hence the SO-CAL brand on their t-shirts could represent soo California living style or southern California.
That doesnt make sense.

It all depends what part of California and where in Kentucky you are. I'm in Louisville and have made it to Southern California, L.A. area, in 26 hours of driving time. That doesnt include stops. Driving back from Lake Tahoe took a little longer. It was about 34 hours, but that route is longer, through the mountains so speed limit is slower, and the route is more scenic so we took our time. It's a fun drive though.
Southern Ocean
Colorado.........No beach.
Yes and no. Sometimes it is considered a county. Sometimes it isn't. If you live in Bristol sometimes it includes Avon on your address but sometimes it doesnt.
