The manufactured Oreo cookie crumbs do not seem to be available on Nabisco's website and therefore also not in stores. However, there are a few of them for sale through Amazon sellers. The Oreo piecrust does still seem to be available, which might be more easily made into crumbs.
Other bakers have suggested pounding on a bag of regular Oreos with your hand in order to make crumbs or even crushing full-size Oreos in a food processor.

Also for unknown reasons, companies always discontinue tried and true products that people love and enjoy all in the name of progress.
