How do you go into Publix passport oasis?

The Oasis website is properly guarded from general view due to it's sensitive nature. Contact your store personnel for directions on how to access the website. You can easily access it from the store computer located in the breakroom or obtain directions on how to access it from your home computer. There is now a mobile app for checking your schedule.

Oasis is a program designed to maximize productivity in the retail level. Using forecasting based on sales history, trends and peak hours, the program will automatically schedule the appropriate number of associates to assist customer's needs at a given time. The program is designed to schedule associates only in areas they are needed at times they are needed. For example, an associate may be scheduled to bag on the front-end from 3:00pm to 4:00pm due to the need of bagging help. However, at 4:00pm, that same associate may be scheduled to work as a cashier. This determination would be made by the determination that the checkout lines need more operators at a given time.
