Meats do not last long in the refrigerator. Only about 3 to 4 days if it is raw. Then 1 to 2 days longer if cooked and placed in an airtight container. You should always cover meats when stored in the fridge.
Frozen plasma is never given
Chicken is never okay outside of the fridge or freezer. If it's left out more than 20 or 30 minutes, I would throw it out.

Frozen meats cook faster. Rinse your chicken off, then put it in the roaster at 400 degrees for 20 mins., then lower the temp. to 350. It is usually 15 mins. per pound.
Raw chicken should never be left at room temperature. Once it's cooked it's safer; if the party lasted only a couple of hours it's probably fine. On the other hand, if you started at 8 and went to four in the morning, throw it out.
