Oh, dude, those little shops in mall hallways are called kiosks. They're like mini stores that sell all sorts of random stuff, from phone accessories to questionable fashion choices. So, if you ever need a fake designer bag or a phone charger that may or may not set your house on fire, just hit up one of those kiosks.
They are called shops. Or the things in the hallways of the mall are called stations!!!!!!!!!! Hoped this helped. Tell me if this helped in your answer. Peace out.

strip mall
A store.
There's no MALL in there...
Malls generally have every thing at one place where as small shops doesn't have that facility. In Malls you can find wide range of collection, You can find all branded items in any category where as that is not possible in small shops. But prices will be high in Malls compare to small shops.
A group of shops that are not connected or organized together is commonly referred to as a "strip mall," "plaza," or "collection of standalone stores."
