I believe that Winn-Dixie, Publix and Walmart use telecheck. I know that K-Mart and Walgreens uses certegy. I had a negative experience with Certegy yesterday; however, I called customer-service and they say the problem was remedied and I should be able to write checks today. I will try K-Mart again and see if they corrected the information in their file.
There is no list of stores that do not use Telecheck or Certegy. Almost every store uses one of them to check to see if the check is good.
