Describe what happens when water vapor rises and cools to the dew point

As water vapor cools to the dew point it converts from a gas back to a liquid.

Which direction do global winds blow ocean currents near the equator

How many m3 in one liter

A cubic meter (m3) has 1000 liters.

Why do the global winds curve like they do

Global winds are caused by unequal heating of the Earth's surface and they curve because...

If the Earth did not rotate, Global Winds would not curve. They would be straight as a line. So because of EARTH'S ROTATION, global winds curve.

Is it true the rates of evaporation and condensation are equal at equilibrium

yes

What causes windshield wipers to skid across windshield

This is called "chatter" and it indicates that your wipers are either worn out (99% of the time) or that your wiper arm is twisted slightly (very rare - 1% of the time). This is caused by the rubber stiffening-up over time. When the rubber stiffens, it "fights" the glass which makes it viberate or jump or skip across the glass rather than flexing properly and simply sliding across the glass.

Many think that wipers wear out due to use but actually the #1 factor is direct sunlight and dry heat drying-out the rubber ("dryrot"). Chatter is the first indicator. The second indicator is the rubber tearing apart which normally happens during use in rain, snow and ice. Lastly, vehicles with older windshield glass will chatter and wear out wipers faster than newer vehicles because older glass is pitted and worn from road dirt, etc. which makes it almost like sand paper. So, as your vehicle gets older and older, it will need wipers more and more often.

Replacement Wipers: See Sources and Related Links below for more information. Since there are over 22 different wiper arm attachments, do not buy wipers just by length only - be sure to lookup exact wiper blade part numbers by vehicle make, model and year for the brand wiper you decide to purchase. This ensures correct length AND correct attachment.

How many atmospheres is 751 5 mm Hg

In which direction do the westerlies blow in the southern hemisphere

If they're called Westerlies, they blow from the west. These winds blow in the mid-latitudes in both hemispheres. They blow in the same direction because air tends to flow towards the poles at those latitudes, getting deflected by the coriolis force at the same time.
