Has anyone actually used Newegg logistics 3PL & fulfillment services long-term?

I’m researching different fulfillment options and keep seeing Newegg logistics 3PL & fulfillment services mentioned in seller discussions, especially for electronics and tech-related products. Before making any decisions, I wanted to hear real experiences rather than marketing pages. For those who have actually used Newegg’s logistics or fulfillment setup: How reliable was order fulfillment and delivery speed? Did inventory tracking stay accurate over time? Was it cost-effective compared to other 3PL providers or in-house fulfillment? Did it work well outside of just Newegg marketplace orders?
