Is Cold Pressed Oil Really Different from Regular Cooking Oil?

I’ve been seeing the term cold pressed oil everywhere, so I tried to understand what makes it different. Cold pressed oil is made by pressing seeds or nuts slowly, without using heat or chemicals. Because of this, the oil keeps more of its natural taste, smell, and nutrients. Refined oils are made in a different way. They use high heat and chemical processing to extract more oil and make it look clear. During this process, many natural elements are removed. Common cold pressed oils include coconut oil, mustard oil, groundnut oil, and sunflower oil. People usually use them for everyday cooking, especially traditional meals. While reading about different options, I came across names like All Square. But overall, I think the main thing is knowing how your oil is made and choosing what suits your cooking style. What kind of oil do you usually use at home?
