That depends.

The T score is your bone density expressed as the number of standard deviations above or below that of a young woman in her late 20's. Yours is below this but close enough to be called normal by the standard definitions.

If you are a 65 year old women at average risk then I would be happy with it. If you are a 30 year old who just broke a bone after minor trauma I would not be happy with it. You would be best served by discussing it with the Doctor Who ordered the test.
