Abdominal pains with pregnancy

yes, it is a sign and is normal for you to have pain in the lower waist,particularly on the lower left side. I had the same problem, and when I went to see my OB/Gyn I was 4 weeks pregnant.So please have that checked out.

It's happened to several women i know before. however if it last over a couple hours you might want to call your doctor. they will have better knowledge about you and your baby and let you know if you should come in.

yeah the baby starting to drop due to you are in your final trimester It depends what the pain is like. If it is a severe cramping pain that comes and goes or comes and stays, go to the hospital. If it is low down where your pelvis meets in the middle at the front and is especially bad when you walk, your pelvis may be separating slightly as the ligaments relax before labor. Not dangerous but extremely painful, I had it second time round from about 30 weeks, I couldn't walk more than a couple of hundred yards. A physical therapist can supply you with a support which helps a lot.

Let's hope. I had an early miscarriage which had started with lower abdominal pain. I hope you are okay please if it gets worse see your GP.
