Alot of people get a tingling/itchy head, face, arms and hands while working out and after. There are many possible causes of this. If you smoke or chew tobacco, don't use either atleast 3-4 hours before working out (you should just quit, but that's another topic).

One other reason would be hard water / dry skin / bad shampoo =o) believe it or not.

The tingling sensation in the groin area during leg and ab exercises could be due to increased blood flow and nerve compression. The muscles in these areas are being engaged and may be stimulating nearby nerves, leading to the tingling sensation. It is usually not a cause for concern and can be alleviated by stretching and ensuring proper form during exercises.

However, if HPV leads to the development of genital warts or other lesions, irritation or discomfort in the affected area might result in tingling. Additionally, if HPV is associated with other conditions or infections, those could potentially cause tingling. It's essential to consult a healthcare professional for proper diagnosis and management if experiencing unusual sensations.

That popping feeling is called Fasciculation. When you work your muscles they contract and the blood vessels dilate. When you are done exercising and your body is returning to a normal state the twitching can occur. It should go away shortly after you finish your workout. This is normal after a good walk or jog..and usually sitting to rest. The feeling results in a "popcorn" feeling at the skins surface.
